To pick up the order at the headquarter is free of shipping costs. Customers will be informed as soon as the order is ready at the IRODORI headoffice.[/vc_column_text]

Delivery

The following delivery times are valid without obligation for the regions listed below (working days Monday–Friday):

• Switzerland:
  9 CHF  |  3-4 working days
• Europe:
  up to 2 kg: 24 CHF  |  4-10 working days
  from 2 kg: 45 CHF  |  4-10 working days
• Rest of the World:
  up to 2 kg: 32 CHF  |  15-20 working days
  from 2 kg: 53 CHF  |  15-20 working days

For deliveries to any place outside of Switzerland, duty, sales tax and import taxes will be charged. These must be paid by the recipient upon delivery of the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
• Shipping charges, Duties, taxes and other expenses are not reimbursed.
• The return note will be enclosed with the delivery.
